Operating Principle
The main structure of the rotary dehumidifier is a continuously rotating honeycomb drying wheel, which composed of corrugated medium made of special composite heat-resistant materials, and the corrugated medium contains a moisture absorbent. On both sides of the dehumidification wheel, the partition made of elastic material with high sealing performance is divided into two fan-shaped areas: one is the 270° fan-shaped area at the wet air end, and the other is the 90° fan-shaped area at the regeneration air end. When the humid air enters the 270° fan-shaped area of the runner, the water molecules in the air are absorbed by the hygroscopic agent in the runner, and the dried air is sent to the dry air outlet through the processing fan. The runner rotates at a speed of 8 to 10 cycles/hour. After the sector in the treated air area absorbs water molecules and becomes saturated, it will automatically turn to the sector at the regeneration air end to enter the regeneration process. In the regeneration process, the regeneration air is heated (about 120°C) and enters the fan of the regeneration zone of the runner. At high temperature, the water molecules in the runner are desorbed and lost to the regeneration air. Due to the loss of heat during the desorption process, the regeneration air reduces its temperature and becomes humid air with a large moisture content, which is exhausted to the outdoors by the regeneration fan. Dehumidification and regeneration are carried out at the same time, the air to be treated is continuously dehumidified, and the runner is continuously regenerated to continuously dehumidify the air. All use non-standard customization.
